    Retail business is a type of business which is directly in contact with consumers. Currently, the retail industry in Indonesia is significantly declining, with retail companies are closing down in 2017 as a result of the retail industry's downfall. Referring to the decline of business retail, it Rita Supermall, the first mall in Purwokerto, have to pay attention to some things in order not to face the same thing as other retail stores. One way to retain customers is by providing an excellent service environment through servicescape to achieve customer satisfaction. This research conducted in Banyumas Regency, with limited area selection that is around Purwokerto. The sample in this research is determined by non-probability sampling technique as much as 100 respondents that are by purposive sampling method, and multiple regression is employed to analyze the data. The results show that all of the hypotheses are accepted, it means all of the dimensions of the servicescape positively influence customer satisfaction

    The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of online brand community, product quality, and price on brand loyalty study. To this end, questionnaires were distributed to 96 respondents selected purposively based on three criteria: aged at least 17 years old, having used Xiaomi smartphones for at least one year, and registered as members of Mi Community for at least one year. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. The results show that the online brand community, product quality, and the price had a positive influence on brand loyalty both partially and simultaneously

    The Role of Dark Personality Traits in Shaping Entrepreneurial Intentions Among Indonesian Migrant Workers

    Exploring factors influencing an individual’s entrepreneurial intentions is crucial in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial practice. While prior works focus on the influence of positive personality traits such as risk- taking propensity, innovativeness, and locus of control, the dark triad of personality has recently become a spotlight in entrepreneurship research. Building on the theory of planned behavior (TPB), this study aimed to examine the influence of dark tetrad personality traits – Machiavellianism, narcissism, and psychopathy – on entrepreneurial intentions. Moreover, it tests the mediating role of a positive attitude toward entrepreneurship between the dark triad of personality and entrepreneurial intentions.The paper uses a survey method for data collection, administered in electronic and paper form. The authors use partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the hypotheses on 178 Indonesian diasporas.The result of this study revealed that Machiavellianism, narcissism, and psychopathy have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intentions, and the positive attitude toward entrepreneurship mediates the effect of dark triad personality on entrepreneurial intentions.Keywords: Dark Triad; Machiavellianism; Narcissism; Psychopathy; Entrepreneurial Intentions; Positive Attitude toward Entrepreneurship

    Red, Yellow, Or Green: Which Colors Are Your Co-Operatives?

    Co-operative is a socio-economic institution which is the most appropriate for Indonesian economic system. Indonesia has the largest number of co-operatives in the world, however, they have not contributed optimally for the Indonesian economy. Co-operative trainings held by the government failed to improve co-operative’s quality, since those trainings were not based on co-operative’s real needs. This study aims to identify and map areas of action for future development of the co-operatives. Using modified Development Ladder Assessment (DLA) as a tool, 74 co-operatives in Central Java, Indonesia,  were measured. Four dimensions were assessed using DLA: 1) vision, 2) governance and member engagement, 3) management capacity and business development, and 4) financial management.  Total score for each dimension determines whether co-operative is in red, yellow or green areas. Red means poor, yellow means moderate, and green means excellent. Most of the co-operatives are poor in the first (vision) and the third (management capacity and business development) dimensions. The Co-operatives were also found to have moderate governance and member engagement (the second dimension). Finally, the result show that financial management (the fourth dimension) has been well-implemented. Implication of this study is that co-operatives are suggested to get appropriate trainings based on their color areas.

    Bank Specific Factors and Dividend Policy on BUMN Bank in Indonesia

    The purpose of this study is to determine whether factors such as Return on Assets (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Growth of Third-Party Funds (PDPK), and Market to Book Value have a significant effect on dividend policy in state-owned or state-owned banks.  This research is development research from previous research that examined 14 banks in Indonesia (Silalahi et al, 2021).  The data analysis tool used is panel data regression.  The results of this study indicate that the seven x variables affect dividend policy by 20.78%.  Variables that have a significant effect on dividend policy are LDR/RR, CAR and MBV.  The findings in this study are that banking, especially BUMN banking, has unique characteristics compared to other industries.  Apart from the fact that banks have different cash flows from other industries, state-owned companies also have different dividend policies from non-government industries.  Therefore, these factors do not have a significant influence on dividend policy in banking companies in BUMN.Keywords: Dividend Policy, Bank BUMN, Specific Ban

    Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat saat ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan bisnis pada masyarakat. Masyarakat bisnis semakin berinovasi untuk dapat memberikan layanan yang terbaik bagi konsumennya, khususnya secara online agar dapat memenangkan persaingan bisnisnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan e-service quality pada e-commerce komunitas muslimah entrepreneur untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall serta menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL pada pengembangan sistemnya. Bagi konsumen, maraknya bisnis baru yang muncul semakin menguntungkan mereka, tetapi bagi pemasar pertumbuhan bisnis bisa menjadi bencana karena semakin ketatnya persaingan. Oleh karena itu pemasar harus memahami apa yang menjadi motivasi atau mendorong niat beli konsumen dan melakukan keputusan pembelian. Saat ini perkembangan bisnis batik di Indonesia sangat pesat. Pemasar batik diharuskan pintar mengolah strategi untuk bertahan di pasar, salah satunya adalah dengan mempelajari motivasi belanja konsumen. Motivasi, atau lebih dikenal dengan orientasi belanja diyakini memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 orang konsumen batik di Purwokerto dan sekitarnya dan regresi berganda sebagai alat analisis. Hasilnya, dari enam variabel orientasi belanja, terbukti bahwa kualitas produk dan belanja impulsif memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen

    Analisis Pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth dan E-Servicescapes terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen dan Minat Beli Online (Studi pada Pengguna E-commerce Shopee)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-WOM dan e-servicescapes terhadap kepercayaan konsumen dan minat beli online pada pengguna situs belanja online Shopee. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang merupakan pengguna internet aktif dan pernah menggunakan aplikasi e-commerce Shopee. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 107. Sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis dengan regresi linier bertahap meggunakan SPSS (Statistical Program Social Science). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-WOM, daya tarik estetika, keamanan finansial berpengaruh positif terhadap kepercayaan konsumen, sedangkan tata letak tidak memliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen, dan kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli online. Implikasi dari penelitian ini Shopee perlu membangun dan mengembangkan strategi promosi melalui komunikasi dari mulut ke mulut, meningkatkan pada aspek daya tarik estetika yang positif, serta meningkatkan keamanan finansial secara onlin
